TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES DE USO — CAPUCHINBIRD

Welcome to Capuchinbird! By accessing, browsing or using our services — digital or in-person — you agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of the points below, we recommend that you do not use our services.

1. OBJECT

These Terms regulate the use of the website, digital platforms and tourist experiences offered by Capuchinbird, including, but not limited to: scheduling tours, informative content, communication with the team and interaction with local guides.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To use our services, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older, or be accompanied by a legal guardian;

  • Provide true, complete and up-to-date information when making reservations;

  • Agree to the guidelines for coexistence and conduct set out in these Terms.

3. SERVICES OFFERED

Capuchinbird offers guided experiences in the Amazon with a focus on sustainable ecotourism and connecting with native communities. Activities may include hiking, boat trips, visits to reserves and cultural experiences. Services are subject to availability, weather conditions and local logistics.

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using Capuchinbird services, the user undertakes to:

  • Respect the environment, guides, local communities and other participants;

  • Follow the safety guidelines provided by the team;

  • Report relevant medical conditions or restrictions in advance;

  • Do not use the service for illegal purposes or purposes incompatible with the company's proposal.

6. COPYRIGHT AND USE OF IMAGE

The content on our channels — texts, photos, videos and visual identity — belongs to Capuchinbird or is used with authorization. Improper use of these materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

When participating in Capuchinbird experiences, your image may be recorded in photos and videos for institutional and promotional purposes, unless expressly stated otherwise prior to the activity.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Capuchinbird is committed to providing its services responsibly and safely. However, it is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by disobeying team guidelines;

  • Loss of personal items;

  • Actions by third parties or external factors beyond the company's control (e.g. natural phenomena).

8. PRIVACY

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy , in accordance with the LGPD. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

Capuchinbird may update these Terms at any time to make legal adjustments or improve the service. By continuing to use the services after any changes are published, you agree to the new version.

10. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. In case of disputes, the jurisdiction of the user's place of residence shall prevail, unless otherwise provided by law.
